MagX Pets gladly accepts returns and exchanges on damaged or defective items.
Please contact MagX (email@example.com) within five (5) days of delivery and ship items back within fourteen(14) days of delivery.

Conditions of Returns or Exchange: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Unless they arrive defective: the following items can't be returned or exchanged: Custom, personalized orders or Sale Items.
Product must be in new condition and returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. MagX reserves the right to reject any refund requests if the product is damaged or has been used.
Please request a Return Authorisation Number from MagX at firstname.lastname@example.org and then send via Return Address.
Did you receive a damaged product or was the product damaged through normal use*?
MagX products are hand-crafted; products are put through vigorous quality controls before leaving The Netherlands. However, should your product arrive or damage within the first 5 days*, please send us an email with a photo or video evidence. A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will be emailed to you, which you must then add to your delivery. A repair or when necessary an exchange will be made immediately.
*We reserve the right to reject any refund requests if the product is damaged through force or other means (e.g. bitten, pulled or stretched).
Funds will be credited within 5 working days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.

Products received without a RAN as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
